Love Singapore Fund
Short-term (up to 3 months) financial assistance to assist family to transit over crisis situation. For example, loss of income of main breadwinner in the family. The amount disbursed is capped at $300 per month for 3 months.

Welfare Fund
Mid-term (1 to 2 year) financial assistance to support families in hardship who need more than short-term financial assistance. During the period of fund disbursment, the applicant (and/or family member) will be required to attend regular programmes conducted by TOUCH (or any other programmes recommended by the Social Worker). The amount is capped at $3600 per year.

Assistive Technology Fund
One time financial assistance to help applicant to purchase assistive devices such as hearing-aids
Applicants who qualify can receive a subsidy of a maximum of 90% of the cost of the device or $10,000, whichever is lower. The amount of subsidy will be determined based on an applicant’s household income.
